The admissions department, under the coordination of the Vice-rector Academic, focuses on the management of the admission process and in the design of the profile of the new student. Their activities include:

• Planning and organization of activities both academic and administrative.
• Proposal of new policies and regulations.
• Communication with applications and new prospects.
• Preparation of annual reports of the department.
• Guidance and assistance to new students.
• Coordination with deans of faculties.
• Schedule of dates of admission and closing of periods teachers.
