Faculty of Legal Sciences

The New Vision University, founded in 2015 by Dr. Carlos Alberto Garcia, is an educational institution with headquarters in Washington, D. C. to comply with the requirements of the local government for the religious exemption in higher education. Registered and certified by the Department of Consumer and Regulation Affairs, the university is in the process of obtaining accreditation from an agency both in EE. UU. as in Spain (EQAC). It is important to note that accreditation does not determine the legitimacy of a university, since there are different types of accreditations and regulations.

The Faculty of law and Social Sciences, which was established in April 2023, offers programs in areas such as International Relations, International Law, economics and Political Science, among others. New Vision University is committed to providing a college education in the line of quality, based on christian values, using advanced technology to the teaching, mentoring, research and knowledge transfer. Your objective is to train professionals trained to address the challenges of social, cultural, scientific, and economic of the contemporary world.

Mission

The mission of the Faculty of Legal Sciences and Social Studies focuses in the quest to get the scientific knowledge related to the Law career focused on an International system, the political science and International Relations.

Vision

The vision of the Faculty of Legal Sciences and Social Studies, is based on a solid foundation of constitibuir to the formation of a center for legal research, community-based services in the field of consulting companies, international law and political science.

General Objectives

Contribute to the formation and development of legal knowledge, using the instructions in academic in the field of International law and Political science, as well as in the disciplines able to present solutions that are equitable in the society moderna.

Create the change attitudes and promote public awareness in times of global crisis and enhance human dignity.

Generate the management practices of social service college and the link with the community, both local and international, as necessary to maintain the development of the students. Promoting research in the areas of legal sciences, social and political.

Specific Objectives

Train professionals capable for the exercise of international law, consultants, politicians, and related functions with the relations diplomatic and public work activities private and public related to their university training.

Facultad de Humanidades

The Faculty of Humanities, from the time of preparation of the racing formation humanistic we have undertaken the commitment and responsibility of teaching university with the excellence in terms of quality, programs, and assists the collaborative model in the education offered virtually in real time with the tendency to prepare students and graduates with the skills adapted to the new times. Our schools offer career at the three levels of professional knowledge: Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degrees.

The Faculty of Humanities is intended to establish foundations, creative, development, and production of knowledge by allowing the diffusion of new paradigms in the social sciences, educational under a humanistic tendency in unison training of professionals, researchers and people integrated to the community and their environment. Similarly, raising the changing social, political, cultural, inclusive and non-discriminative socially oriented approaches, solution of situations and social demands.

This system of generating human management to establish the necessary structure of teacher leadership in our institution in the productivity of knowledge, ethics, human and intellectual abilities in the careers of the social sciences, education and humanities, settling referencialmente in the application of the scientific method, contributing to the development of an egalitarian society and the commitment to family member.
